♡ latest obsessions - Part Une ♡

the wintertime is the perfect time to out new things since im stuck inside lately ive ventured 

and tried a few new things and i gotta say i happy i did 

 ♡ Rimmel London  - Lash Accelerator Mascara  ♡ 

this mascara is infused with a lash serum that will enhance and grow your lashes 

the wand is long and thin , and the bristles are great they separate and lengthen my lashes without clumping . in can get into the corners of my eyes well and it holds curl also. the formula for this mascara is amazing i can definitely see a difference in the length  of my already long lases and best of all after a few hours wear it does not flake what so ever 

 ♡  Smith's Rosebud Salve  ♡ 

Naturally in the colder months our bodies tend to need moisture . this is the handiest product i've ever purchased in my lifetime. the rosebud salve is basically a higher grade vaseline , what i mean by that is it does everything a vaseline does but its not as greasy , you can put it virtually anywhere on your body but this product actually moisturizes . the smell oh the smell at first sniff it reminded me of an elderly women's perfume , i was not a fan at all but after continuous use i got used to the smell and barely even noticed it. i have two of these salves now one in my room and one in my handbag , i tend to use it on my lips , fingertips , and around the eye area. all in all its a pretty basic product it does wonder and i can don't think i could not repurchase it 

 ♡ Benefit - Bella Bamba Blush  ♡ 

This blush has been around for awhile and i've owned for awhile , but something about this dreary weather has made me grab it out of my drawer. It is a pink toned blush with simmer and flecks of highly - milled gold and here's the best part it smells delicious just like watermelon and that's a main factor i've been reaching so much for it makes these weather depressing months a little cheerier . and it looks absolutely stunning on just about anyone  i have olive tone skin and it just makes my face pop :) 

 ♡ Jordana  - Fabuliner  liquid eye liner  ♡ 

 This liner is lovely and for the price its gosh darn lovable , you can get it for around 3$ and it lasts a couple months with out drying out , it has a semi -gloss to it not too shiny not too matte  perfect for a natural thin line . also this product doesn't budge unless you wet it , so if you don't bring water to your face it wont come off .its a great product and the price makes me not want to try anything else . 

 ♡ YSL- Parisienne Perfume  ♡ 

I  adore this smell  . It is a fruity floral scent  and it consists of :

Top notes -  cranberry & blackberry

Middle notes - Violet , Peony , & Damask Rose 

Base notes - Vetyver , Musk , Sandalwood, & Patchouli 

all of those things make up a great daytime scent.

 ♡ Sephora - Face Brush  ♡ 

This dual side face brush has one side for cleansing , and one side for exfoliating. 

the cleansing side has super soft bristles , they are longer then expected but give the face a deep clean and removes all the makeup , sebum , & oils . 

The exfoliating side is also super soft and short this side i don't like too much i feel its too soft to truly exfoliate and feels awkward against the skin

after using this for a couple weeks now i due notice a difference and enjoy it quite a bit

Hi There

  so i haven't been on here in a while , and its long overdue ....

so last time around i tried to go on a lifestyle change , my goals at that period in time was to lose weight , be positive , and productive .Here's what happened , i havent lost a dramatic amount of weight enough to be happy about at least in my book but i do feel alot better about myself . i have more energy than usually , and  i am alot more productive i still plan on the big lifestyle change but things like that are hard to do and  take lots of trys and time , so im not dissapointed in myself that i didnt get to much of a change yet but its only been a month so for now im happy with the progress ! 

   Things that have been Helping 

 I have completely cut out soda  ,  tend to stick to water ,  teas ( hot or iced ) , and the occasional coffee in the morning ... soda makes you really thirsty and in my case it was making me dehydrated and i would drink so much its really awful and having all that in your system makes you feel bloated and anxious , not to mention the empty calories !

i give myself one sweet treat a day , im the kind of girl who cant go with out a something sweet , and every time i go cold turkey , its ends badly and i overindulge and make it worse than i started , so either early in the afternoon or in the evening i try to give myself a treat  not something crazy but a small piece of chocolate , or fruit snack or something small and cheesy . my logic i feel if my diet in the day is healthy then a small treat will delay my physical progress but my mental sanity will thrive .

last but not least i try my best to not be sedentary , as ive gotten older i don't run around as much , and i don't play sports so i don't really have an active life also i live in a colder climate so getting fresh air is not in my agenda so lately ive extreme cleaning aka fung shui , if i have the time i completely reorganize and shift my furniture around , i consider that a full on workout because by the end of it im soaked in sweat and tired out . bonus my room is looking  banging by the end of it too :) .  and if i don't do that i own one of Jillian Michael's work out DVDs i pop that in and go to town . and the last time i do to get back in fit it go to the gym . duh but yes i don't go everyday but i aim for 3x a week but end up either going once or twice which is still better than none ,

Holy Grail's

as the year has come and gone i want look back on 

 the best products i've used this year 

 The urban decay NAKED 2 palette is by far my most used eyeshadow palette , it has a variety of matte , shimmer and metallic colors , this palette have millions of reviews and has lasted me a whole year without hitting pan . all the color are highly pigmented , long lasting and super soft so theyre perfect for blending all in all this is my best and most used purchase of last year !

 Bobbi Brown corrector - in medium to dark bisque  - this is my holy grail eye product . like many people i suffered from dark under eye circles , can i say raccoon eyes ... anyway this corrector is amazing it is light creamy and high coverage , i apply it lightly with my fingers by dabbing it in a triangle shape it covers all my darkness and last long thru out the day i do get creasing from time to time if i dont set it but other than that is my second favorite purchase of 2012 

 Revlon's just bitten kissable balm-stick  : basically these are like the best things ever . one they look like jumbo crayons two  they come in many colors , three they are highly pigmented and creamy oh they smell like mint and have a very minimal tingle and and the best part is they stain your lips for a couple hours 

 Anastasia brow pen - universal light shade - this pen is the bees knees like for about 20$ this pen will transform your eyebrows , you can fill them lightly or heavily , the pen is fine enough to accentuate and extend every hair you could possibly want 

 Simple - light moisturizer :  this stuff is perfect for my sensitive skins , there are no harsh ingredients  , no fragrances and its light blends in well but doesnt get greasy or make you break out  i love this product  it kept my skin hydrated and soft and since theres no spf it doubled as a night cream 

 Clinique repair wear  intensive eye cream - this stuff does what it says it does , it firms , lifts , hydrates , and removes DARK CIRCLES - ive only purchased this one time and i still own it , use the most minuscule amount that the jar feels like a bottomless pit , but having dark circles and using this product ive noticed a drastic different in my skin tone and texture and it all thanks to this guy 

 Philosophy Purity Cleanser - I love this cleanser it smells amazeballs , take off all your dirt , oils , makeup you name it  it comes off when you wash with this , i was have a spout of breakouts and this product fixed my skin and it is so gentle that when i finish washing my face does not feel dry at all
